Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PublicFix (“the App”), a product of KERDIA ONLINE SOLUTIONS LLP (“KERDIA”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

PublicFix provides browser-based tools for service centres and applicants — including photo presets, exact-KB compression, signature tools, name/date stamping, background changes, photo sheets, an exam-photo validator, and a PDF toolkit. The tools run on your device and are designed to work offline once loaded.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the account you sign in with.

3. Subscription, billing & renewals

  • Access to the tools requires an active paid subscription (currently ₹99 per month).
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges through Razorpay.
  • Prices may change; we will give notice of any change before it applies to you.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or fraudulent-document purpose.
  • Process images or documents you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to bypass the subscription, resell access, or share your account improperly.
  • Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App or its infrastructure.

6. Government & exam presets — important

Preset sizes, DPI, and file-size limits are provided as best-effort guidance based on commonly used specifications. Government and examination portals change their requirements from time to time. You are responsible for confirming the exact requirements on the official portal before submitting. PublicFix does not guarantee acceptance of any output by any third-party authority.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you process. Because processing happens on your device, we do not claim any ownership of, and do not receive, your files.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and working, including offline, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on third parties (such as sign-in, payments, or the first-time download of the AI models used by the background and photo-enhancer tools) require an internet connection.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KERDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from rejected applications, missed deadlines, or inaccurate output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the App and its users. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised, and continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
