This Privacy Policy explains how PublicFix(“the App”, “we”, “us”), a product of KERDIA ONLINE SOLUTIONS LLP (“KERDIA”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App at PublicFix. KERDIA’s website is www.kerdia.com.

1. The short version

PublicFix processes your photos and documents entirely on your own device, inside your web browser. Your images and PDFs are never uploaded to our servers. We only store the minimum account and subscription information needed to log you in and manage your plan.

2. Information we collect

a. Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this only to identify your account and manage your subscription. We do not receive your Google password.

b. Subscription & payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled directly by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. We store your subscription status, plan, and renewal date so we can give you access to the App.

c. Your files (photos & PDFs)

All resizing, compression, background changes, stamping, photo sheets, and PDF operations run locally in your browser. We do not see, receive, upload, or store the files you process. They never leave your device through PublicFix.

d. Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the service. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in.

3. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
To process and manage your subscription and renewals.
To provide, maintain, and improve the App.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Service providers we rely on

We share the limited data above only with trusted providers that help us run the App:

Google — sign-in / authentication.
Razorpay — subscription billing and payments.
Neon — database hosting for account and subscription records.
Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
Microsoft Clarity— anonymous usage analytics and session insights that help us understand how the App is used and improve it. Clarity may use cookies and capture interaction data (such as clicks and page navigation); it does not access the files you process. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for details.
On-device AI models: the Background tool and the AI Photo enhancer each download a small AI model from a public CDN the first time they are used (then cache it for offline reuse). Only the model is downloaded — your image is never uploaded; it is processed entirely on your device.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Offline use & local storage

PublicFix is designed to work offline. To do this, the App may store files (the app shell and tools) and small pieces of information — such as your language preference and a cached copy of your subscription status — in your browser’s local storage and service worker cache. This data stays on your device.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and subscription records for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the App or ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The App is intended for business and adult use (service centres, agents, and applicants) and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be notified within the App.
